Coach Banks was born in Camilla, Georgia.He played football 4 years at Pelham High School in Pelham, Georgia. He earned his BS at Southern Illinois University and MA at the University of Redlands.He coached the 1999/2000 running backs for the San Diego Patriots and this is Freddie’s fifth year on the Hawk Football Staff.
