Standout Laguna Hills offensive lineman Jeff Quigley (6-3, 285) has signed with the University of San Diego, he confirmed moments ago.

Keep an eye on the San Diego Toreros today. They also have received a signing this morning from Aliso Niguel lineman Matt Peleti (6-3, 260). Peleti was first-team All-South Coast League.
