The End of Season Banquet is just around the corner. It is IMPERATIVE that we get your reservation for our head count ASAP. We are having the event catered by OUTBACK STEAK HOUSE and need to let them know how many to prepare for. At this time I have heard from less than 1/3 of the team!!! Our boys completed an AMAZING accomplishment together this season. What better way to honor them than with a bountiful feast?!?!?

Below are the last assignments that need to be covered on the day of the banquet. If anyone would like to come early and join in on the early festivities and preparation, please contact the designated chair person to make arrangements to participate.
ASSEMBLING GIFT BAGS: Sue Scurti email@example.com
4-6 people need to assemble and stuff provided items into the Goody Bags for the players. This will be done at the Comm Center at 3:00 before the Banquet.
DECORATIONS: Michelle Marino firstname.lastname@example.org
6-8 people needed to cover tables and set up provided décor and programs.
BALLOONS: Terri Thrasher email@example.com
Need to be made on campus and delivered to the Comm Center to be arranged throughout the Hall as needed.

3-4 people needed set up drinks for the players and families. Arrangements have been made with Custodial staff to provide/deliver containers and ice prior to the Comm Center before 3:00 on Banquet day.
COFFEE BAR: Terri Thrasher email@example.com
1-2 people needed to set up coffee bar for the evening.

Dessert “production” for 200+. We usually keep this to three choices and have a “baking brigade”.

This usually EXCLUDES the Senior parents (bummer!) Everything needs to be broken down, cleaned, and vacuumed. It takes 45 minutes or less. MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK!!!!!!!
